Andrew "KO" Keogh trained for 10 years under Stephan Fox in Mackay Qld from 1990-2000. Andrew then trained himself for 4 years before training under Joe Hilton at the Sunshine Coast from 2005-2008. Andrew has been training under Ian Jacobs for 6 months and is a welcomed addition to the Powerhouse Team. He is a Personal Trainer, loves to surf, walk on the beach and is an avid reader. His intense fighting style is a stark contrast from his placid nature.
