ABOUT THE STAFFORD FIGHT CENTRE
The Powerhouse Headquarters is a large complex and caters to personal training and fight training with a full size ring and more than 30 bags and work stations.
With showers on site, ideal for before work training sessions or a quick half hour high impact session during your lunch hour.
OUR CREDIBILITY
For almost 20 years, the Powerhouse NRG system has produced a string of world, international, national and state level kickboxing fighters more recently, Muay Thai World Champion Shannon “Shaggy” King, Multi-World Champion Scott ‘The Cannon’ Bannon and boxing and kickboxing World Champion Sharon Anyos. Powerhouse NRG Kickboxing is based on the training principles and techniques developed by Ian “Powerhouse” Jacobs, 3 times undefeated World Champion kickboxer. Ian’s proven training regime, which is based on a philosophy of achieving superior fitness and technique excellence, produces results whether you’re a novice or a seasoned professional fighter.
