This class is a high intensity 1 hour session where you will learn boxing techniques in a friendly environment and increase your fitness.

It is a mixed class for men and women and is suitable for teens and upwards. It is ideal for absolute beginners as well as those with more experience in boxing. Come and enjoy training with Richard our ex Olympic Boxing Trainer with over 200 fights experience. This class will have you boxing like a pro in no time.
